Premier Turf Club is a U.S. based pari-mutuel account wagering provider that has been in business over 11 years. BetPTC is regulated in the state of Oregon by the Oregon Racing Commission.
They provide legal telephone and online betting services from their facility in Oregon. Since they began in 2007, they have safely and securely handled over $350 million in wagers through their online platform. In late 2012 they debuted a completely re-designed interface that has been well received by their loyal customer base. In the summer of 2017 they released their mobile-friendly wagering platform at BetPTC.mobi.
Unlike the non-pari-mutuel off-shore bookmakers, they pay the tracks for the right to accept simulcast wagers on their races and co-mingle those wagers with the on-track pari-mutuel pools. Unlike the off-shore ADWs, a portion of all monies wagered through Premier Turf Club go to the horsemen and the local racetracks. It's these payments that allow horsemen to run meets at various racetracks and county fairs throughout the United States.
The owner of Premier Turf Club started out in the racing industry as a horse owner and bettor. Their staff also includes horse owners, bettors and industry professionals that have been involved in advance deposit wagering and simulcasting since their inceptions. They opened this ADW because this is their passion, and they felt that there wasn't one online wagering site that truly met the needs of horseplayers like us. They have developed a business model that benefits the players, the horsemen and the race tracks, while offering an extensive racing menu where you can wager on over 180 Thoroughbred, Harness and Greyhound race tracks. Premier Turf Club never charges a wagering fee and offers the best in cash-back rewards, regardless of your wagering level.
They are confident that their wagering platform is different from any internet betting site you have seen before. Their state-of-the-art wagering interface has been designed by the most experienced individuals in the horse racing industry.
