Goodwin Betting started life in a retail unit in Uckfield over 20 years ago; since then they have moved to much bigger premises but their roots are still in East Sussex. As well as their telephone betting service they have a number of pitches at racecourses including: Ascot, Cheltenham, Goodwood and Newmarket. They believe there is still a big demand for traditional telephone betting. Many of their customers have moved back from gambling online and feedback tends to tell them that they feel more in control when betting by phone and love the personal, traditional service they provide. They pride themselves on answering calls promptly in a polite, friendly and efficient manner. Although horse racing is their specialty they cater to all sports including ‘in-running betting’.
